User Agreement

Welcome to the ReelChan platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform")! Before you begin using the Platform, please carefully read the following user agreement. By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. User Conduct Guidelines

1.1 In the process of using the Platform, please refrain from posting content related to politics, pornography, violence, or gambling. We encourage users to create positive, healthy, and beneficial short drama content.

1.2 Users need to respect the legitimate rights and interests of others and not use the Platform to engage in activities that infringe on the rights and interests of others, including but not limited to infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc. of others.

1.3 Users may not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform in any way, including but not limited to using malicious programs, viruses, etc. to attack.

2. Platform Services

2.1 The Platform provides users with the function of uploading and sharing short drama videos and allows users to interact with each other on the Platform, such as following, liking, and commenting.

2.2 When using the Platform, users should assume the risks themselves and ensure that the content uploaded complies with laws, regulations, and the provisions of this agreement. If disputes or liabilities arise due to users'' violation of laws, regulations, or the provisions of this agreement, users should assume corresponding legal responsibilities themselves.

2.3 The Platform reserves the right to add, reduce, change, or terminate some or all of the service content as needed without prior notice to users.

3. User Privacy

3.1 The Platform will take reasonable security measures to protect the personal information security of users.

3.2 When using the Platform, users may need to provide some personal information. Users need to ensure that the personal information provided is true and accurate and agree that the Platform will handle this information in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and privacy policies.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 The Platform does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of the content uploaded by users.

4.2 The Platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users due to using the Platform.

4.3 Disputes arising between users and other users during the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the relevant parties themselves, and the Platform shall not assume any responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Users enjoy corresponding copyright for short drama videos created during the use of the Platform.

5.2 Users may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others during the use of the Platform.

6. Termination of Agreement

6.1 If a user violates the provisions of this agreement, the Platform has the right to terminate the user''s account and reserve the right to pursue the user''s legal responsibility.

6.2 When a user voluntarily stops using the services of the Platform, they may terminate this agreement by canceling their account or other means.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, and interpretation of this agreement are subject to the laws of the People''s Republic of China.

7.2 Disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a competent people''s court for resolution.
